Terris Online Training
So Terri has this online training thing-a-majig where I get my very own password and login. I put in all the meals iv’e had during the day. She tells me what I should and should’nt eat even when im not there training in person! Now that’s commitment. Think of it as your mommy telling you what to do 24/7! Works great, keeps me in line and it has video workouts too. Cool!
Todays Menu:
Breakfast : egg whites ugggggghhhh. Had 4 egg whites. Of course I doused it with ketchup for flava! Just imagine my eggs somewhere under this mess:

Lunch: Chicken!, and I do mean lots of it. I lub chicken.

So today I worked out on my legs for the first time training with Terri. Let’s just say I needed a wheel chair after.
My legs felt like jello.
Looking forward to working out tomorrow! If i can walk
