Training once again with Terri

So back from the hustle and bustle of tour life. I feel I have indulged in every fat food possible. Today I worked out on my legs which I detest with all my life. It’s the most tiring and strenuous workout of all. I definitely need an extra push just to get out of bed to work out on my legs. I was so tired I could barely do one sit up. “Let’s do some Crunches”, says Terri, yea right. As I lay on the floor, my only thought is going to sleep!

Luckily, Terri whisks me off to work with a pair of hardboiled eggs and a banana to replenish my diffused energy.
