So back from the hustle and bustle of tour life. I feel I have indulged in every fat food possible. Today I worked out on my legs which I detest with all my life. It’s the most tiring and strenuous workout of all. I definitely need an extra push just to get out of bed to work out on my legs. I was so tired I could barely do one sit up. “Let’s do some Crunches”, says Terri, yea right. As I lay on the floor, my only thought is going to sleep!
Luckily, Terri whisks me off to work with a pair of hardboiled eggs and a banana to replenish my diffused energy.

Hey there…Terri checking in….this clients is on a world tour with one of his bands doing the rockstar livin la vida loca thing. He’ll be back in June 2007. I’m afraid of what I’ll be left with lololol, he has been logging some workouts online, but I dont know if once per week is gonna stave off what that life can do to a person! He’s young, so we’ll see - they bounce. 
I was gone on biz for 2 long weeks and decided to take 2 weeks off. A much needed vacation after managing my band who needs more attention than a 2 yr old! The 3 city tour was fabulous but didn’t get to enjoy much of the local habitat, nor did I even look at a gym. I did feel guilty however for not working out.
Terri was awaiting for my triumphant return like a drill sergeant awaiting fresh recruits to humiliate. Even her dog looked at me like “You in trouble now”. I did however enjoy getting back into the groove and back in NYC. Sometimes you just miss the hustle and bustle of the city life. Got back on the bike and I felt like I had bricks on my legs, ugggghhh.
I must admit, I ate like a piggy. I love to eat and no way im passing up on the local cuisine. Luckly, I don’t gain weight
Looking forward to getting my 3 days in with Terri this week. I need to get my mack daddy physique back in action
