					<description>Now.. I'm no doctor, but.. I'm thinking after a week of complete rest (with naproxin and heating pad), a little cardio on a treadmill or walking a mile or two wouldn't be bad on the back.  

Again.. I'm totally unqualified to give this advice, but it might be something you can ask your doctor.</description>
