					<description>I'll say the same thing here, no one is perfect all the time. Again, there is no wgon to stay on, and sometimes you jst need to walk next to it.

I've found that the more that's at stake, the easier it is to stick to something, hence why professional athletes and actresses -models are able to sustain rigid training/nutrition regimes.

For everyone else, we have to CREATE the high stakes. The bottom line sometimes is this:

If your goal is important to you, you do what needs to be done.
