I just started my second week. I had forgotten how grueling the workout is! Boy.. what a way to start the week.
I ate scrambled eggs for breakfast. Had a subway turkey sandwich for lunch. I’m not sure what’s for dinner yet.. but I’ve been staying away from deep fried foods, so I’m pretty sure it won’t be fried chicken :-(

Everything is still on track. Today was my day 2 of week 1. I woke up early enough to cook breakfast. The workout lasted an hour and 15 minutes.
This afternoon I bought a balance ball. I sat on it a few seconds.. that thing sure looks dangerous. I’ll use it in the morning.
I sticking to my diet. No snacks at all.
The only thing that gets harder each day is waking up early. This morning, I almost overslept. Tomorrow will probably be worse. But I’m still looking forward to the workouts. So far, no burnout in sight.
