:) wow, I'm almost blushing! But your dedication is what is making it happen. So, in order to keep your motivation level high, you have to think about training, less like a motivation thing and more ... like brushing your teeth, a necessary thing.

You don't skip brushing your teeth before you leave the house, so if you approach training in this manner, it's not about 'motivation' it's just something you do. All the time.

[...] Heck.. when Terri answered my breakfast survey, saying she had clementines for breakfast.. I had no idea she was talking about fruit! I thought it was something she had cooked. After I googled clementines and discovered it was a mini-type orange, I started noticing those little things displayed all over the place in the grocery store. I had never even seen them before. Naturally, I bought some. That night my husband peeled one for me, and it was really good. I’m now proud to say that a few days later I actually… for the first time in my life.. peeled an orange-type fruit myself!! [...]

Hi! I was looking for online personal trainers and found you. I'm not sure if I'm going to make it but it's nice to read a personal experience. Terri is one of the ones I'm considering.
As for breakfast, I had papaya, two cups of regular coffee and chilaquiles. Tasty but not exactly healthy.

Well, since your goal stated in your initial profile was muscle building, your weight is going to go up, that's what we're doing. and the results are proving it out...that eating more protein and lifting a little heavier has you building muscle in the right spots and losing fat in the right spots.

What further signifies that your program is on track is that you lost 3/4 of an inch off your waist. If you think you found it on your hips, I'd think that your butt may be rounding out a little and that's a GOOD thing :) You can always lighten your weights on the lower body but the more active muscle you have on your body the more bodyfat you'll burn.

You've been lifting heavier on the upper body and shoulders so again, we're right on track...I think this is exciting although I'm bummed about your headache, a few days off won't throw everything off track.

Just make sure you keep sight of what your goal was, and start up again when you feel better.
