Half Their Size 2009-People Magazine: Final Results

Soooo, I have completed my end of the The Half Their Size 2009 series for People Magazine. The client Yvonne Beretta has everything she needs to continue her weight loss journey on her own. I used my DIVA Fitness Factory 6 month Program with Yvonne. The DIVA Fitness Factory program is ideally suited to those who need to lose 50 or more pounds, but of course it can be tailored it to meet any weight loss goal.

The DIVA Fitness Factory 6 Month Program was as follows:

Jan-Mar :  5x/wk
Apr-May : 4x/wk
June      : 3x/wk

You’ll note that the amount of sessions decreases as time progresses. The client slowly starts to take responsibility for their own fitness, by slowly doing workouts on their own…. over time. The exact workout prescription gets tweaked per individual. DIVAFitnessFactory.com opens January 3, 2010.
